The purpose of the Resident Information is to ensure that all vital information to do with your service users is made available to all staff in an easy and accessible way. Instructions on Allergies, DNAR Instructions, as well as any other information medical or otherwise that may be pertinent for the staff to have immediate access to, is made available via the Resident Info page.
Furthermore, information regarding Residents' Next of Kin and Primary contacts, both within the organisation and external, are all in one place. This allows staff to have accurate and timely information available, especially in case of an emergency, and also in any other circumstance where they need to inform themselves about the service user or establish contact with a relevant person involved in the service users' circle of care.
This information is clearly demarcated into different fields and can be printed off with the click if a button in the Administration, as and when needed.
