As the name suggests, the Messages feature enables exchange of messages, both internally and externally with the service user's family, if they are already part of Sekoia. Messages can be accessed both on the Sekoia App and via the Administration.
For Staff: The Messages do not include: direct messaging, notifications or sending of pictures etc. It is simply used more as a shared Notice Board for staff.
For Families: It works as a great communication tool to coordinate visits, general well-being updates, their relatives requirements and preferences. Families are notified via email, when a message is added to the thread.
