Activity Record: How to use Forms

Purpose

Activities are an integral part of the holistic care provided to a service user with known benefits for residents' cognition, well-being and mood. It is so valuable to be able to capture this information in a structured way, not just through a written record but also visually through pictures. This is a great way to monitor a residents progress and also to be able to share this with a residents family, so they can see for themselves, the different ways in which their relatives are engaged and happy.

Potential Use

With the ability to create bespoke forms in Sekoia, you have the option to include multiple choice questions and open comment fields to record your observations. However, along with this you also have the ability to upload pictures, which enhances the care recording. Being able to record these interactions at point of care, as and when they occur, is a great way to evidence the quality of care and support being provided, and also allows the entire team to be a part of this, developing a more well-rounded approach for the resident.
