The purpose of the meeting is to prepare a follow-up and evaluation of the previous implementation, especially with focus on the organisations' experience.
In addition, there will be an overall status of how Sekoia is working within the various staff groups and dialogue about a future plan. This plan may involve the on-boarding of new applications, but may also be a desire to work in a more focused way with the current functions the organisation is using in Sekoia.
We recommend that the following people will participate:
- Project Manager
- Administrators and/or Super Users
- Sekoia Project Owner
- Sekoia Project Manager
