The purpose of Kick-off is to give employees an introduction to Sekoia and the future implementation. The primarily focus will be on how to use the Sekoia app as well as the purpose and the value the work with Sekoia can contribute in their everyday lives. It is desirable that employees experience Kick-off as an inspiration to how Sekoia can help create value in their organisation.
In addition, there will be an expectation in relation to the various roles in Sekoia, as well as their opportunities and responsibilities.
Kick-off can be coordinated at a staff meeting where employees are already gathered. If this is done, all employees will get the same introduction and listen and participate in this same dialogue about Sekoia.
Kick-off can also be held in smaller sessions, where employees are distributed in smaller groups.
We recommend that the following people will participate:
- Sekoia Project Manager
- The selected Administrators and Super Users
- As much of the employee group as possible
This also applies to night staff, temporary and bank staff and other persons who will use Sekoia in their daily lives
