In Sekoia, we have consolidated a lot of the reports in the My Reports section of the Administration. Reports are available in the required context - for whom, over whatever time period and when you need them.
Apart from internal audits, reports very often have to be shared with the multidisciplinary team - be it families, inspectors, social workers, medical practitioners or anyone else involved in a service user’s circle of support.
Sekoia makes it easy to export this information whether it is Care Plans with their review history, daily support Tasks, observation Forms or any other specific report.
Below is a quick overview of how to access and export information from the Sekoia Administration:
Resident Profile:
Menu > Residents > About > PRINT (top left corner) > My Reports
Care Plans (to include or exclude history):
For All or a selection of Care Plans:
Menu > Residents > Plans Overview > PRINT (top right hand side) > My Reports
For a Single Plan:
Menu > Residents > Select the individual Care Plan > PRINT (top right hand side) > My Reports
Task Reports:
Reports > Tasks > Report > Select Date range and Resident/s > DOWNLOAD (In Excel) > My Reports
Form Reports:
Reports > Forms > Select Date range, Resident/s and Form Type > DOWNLOAD (In Excel or PDF (for print) >
This report will be saved directly in the Downloads folder on your Personal Computer/ Laptop.
Health Measurements:
Menu > Residents > Select Resident > Measurements > PRINT (top right corner) > My Reports
Fluid Intake:
Reports > Fluids > Select Resident > Select Date range > Select format preference ( CSV or PDF) > DOWNLOAD REPORT
This report will be saved directly in the Downloads folder on your Personal Computer/ Laptop.
